PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Brittany has dedicated more than a decade to political and Capitol Hill communications, often working at the intersection of messaging and policy. She’s served as a communications strategist for the pro-Romney Super PAC Restore Our Future, Representative Kay Granger, and Governor Kristi Noem.

Brittany Comins

SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER

Carter has 5+ years of Hill experience, working for three different Congressmen from various states in the Midwest. Most recently, she was the Communications Director for Congressman Trey Hollingsworth of Indiana, running one of the most robust Franking operations in the House of Representatives. At Amplify, Carter serves as a communications consultant to Hill offices, helping clients craft and execute mass media and communications strategies to effectively and efficiently message to constituents.

Carter Moelk

SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER

Mike spent more than five years in senior roles on Capitol Hill and federal campaigns—bringing an extensive background in government and political communications. He was most recently Communications Director and Campaign Manager for Congressman Jake LaTurner, where he built one of the top-performing franking programs in the House and led the communications and digital strategy for the Congressman's successful re-election campaign in 2022. At Amplify, Mike helps create and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that cut through the noise and deliver results for our clients.

DIGITAL DIRECTOR

Neha is a strategic digital leader with nearly a decade of marketing experience across Capitol Hill, state government, and the private, nonprofit, corporate, and hospitality sectors. A Kentucky native, she blends her diverse background to create innovative digital strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. As Digital Director at Amplify, Neha leads the digital strategy, guiding the team in executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns. She leverages her expertise in public policy, government relations, and digital media to craft compelling messaging, boost audience engagement, and maximize results. Neha ensures every effort is aligned with client objectives, shaping public narratives and driving meaningful impact.

Neha Patel

IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

Taylor has a unique role at Amplify. She is a Multiplatform Journalism and Political Science double major from Duquesne University. She worked on the Hill and dabbled in sports journalism before becoming Amplify’s first in-person employee, where she wears multiple hats on the daily. Her main role is overseeing the fast-paced texting department, making sure the texting team has the resources they need to execute text sends, while handling evolving carrier-level issues, and she upkeeps text accounts on the back end. In addition, she executes strategic communications for a few clients by writing weekly columns, press releases, and makes press calls. With an eye for detail, she helps proofread mailers, edits drafts, and performs quality checks before publishing. Lastly, she helps plan and execute all of our wonderful events for our company. Taylor has an attention for detail and provides meaningful work for our clients.

Taylor Carr

DIGITAL ASSISTANT

Michella graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Film and Digital Media. Her passion for politics led her to Washington where she worked as a Press Intern for Waco Representative, Pete Sessions and later New York Representative, Brandon Williams. She was quickly immersed into the fast-paced energy of the Hill where she drafted weekly newsletters, daily social media posts and graphics. After working for Waco’s local community college, it deepened her love for serving her community and sharing stories. Her background includes working in public relations, graphic design, photography, and social media management from various internships and jobs.

Michella Carter

IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE

Carl is a Psychology and Political Science graduate from Ole Miss with a background in public policy and constituent engagement. A Mississippi native, he previously served on Representative Michael Guest’s team on Capitol Hill, where he gained experience in legislative operations and constituent services.

As an Implementation Associate at Amplify, Carl plays a vital role in executing client outreach efforts. He helps manage full-scale texting projects from drafting to deployment and reporting, ensuring smooth execution at every step. He also supports telephone town halls and other engagement initiatives, providing the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects running seamlessly. Through his attention to detail and commitment to efficiency, Carl helps ensure clients and client managers have the support they need for successful outreach.

Carl Dalton

IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE

Carolyn graduated from Sewanee: University of the South with a degree Politics and Rhetoric. Recently, she completed a Spanish immersion program at the Middlebury Language School in Vermont. Her experiences range from working on the Hill for Kevin McCarthy and Mayra Flores, to a private advertising agency in New York City.

As an Implementation Associate at Amplify, Carolyn executes beginning-to-end texting projects, from drafting and deployment to reporting, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to timeliness, she compiles reports to track messaging effectiveness and client success. Additionally, she assists telephone town halls behind the scenes initiatives. Carolyn provides support to both clients and client managers, contributing to the success of outreach efforts.

Carolyn Reid

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Miranda comes to Amplify with a decade of experience in digital design ranging from advertising and social media promotion to brand development and event marketing within the non-profit, political, and small-business domains across the DMV. At Amplify, Miranda puts her degree in Mass Communications in Digital and Print Media to practice by using up-to-date trends to craft poignant messages to accurately express our client’s visions to help them remain connected to their constituents. Outside of the office, Miranda refines both her creative skillset and entrepreneurial spirit as a freelance photographer and local pottery instructor.
