Brittany Comins
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Brittany has dedicated more than a decade to political and Capitol Hill communications, often working at the intersection of messaging and policy. She’s served as a communications strategist for the pro-Romney Super PAC Restore Our Future, Representative Kay Granger, and Governor Kristi Noem.
Carter Moelk
SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER
Carter has 5+ years of Hill experience, working for three different Congressmen from various states in the Midwest. Most recently, she was the Communications Director for Congressman Trey Hollingsworth of Indiana, running one of the most robust Franking operations in the House of Representatives. At Amplify, Carter serves as a communications consultant to Hill offices, helping clients craft and execute mass media and communications strategies to effectively and efficiently message to constituents.
Mike Howard
SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER
Mike spent more than five years in senior roles on Capitol Hill and federal campaigns—bringing an extensive background in government and political communications. He was most recently Communications Director and Campaign Manager for Congressman Jake LaTurner, where he built one of the top-performing franking programs in the House and led the communications and digital strategy for the Congressman's successful re-election campaign in 2022. At Amplify, Mike helps create and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that cut through the noise and deliver results for our clients.
Neha Patel
DIGITAL DIRECTOR
Neha joins Amplify with nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit, government, and corporate marketing roles. Kentucky native and graduate, she has previously served in the public sector on Capitol Hill and the South Dakota State Government. At Amplify, Neha utilizes her knowledge of public policy and government relations to successfully share captivating stories through our digital advertising services, including messaging, creative development, media plan creation and execution, reporting and optimizations.
Jackson Phillips
CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Jackson comes to Amplify having worked in strategic communications spanning across the political, official, and private sectors. His diverse communications experiences include Capitol Hill, European Parliament, federal campaigns, and community coalition building. A Tennessee native and Furman University graduate, Jackson’s role at Amplify utilizes his array of past experiences to aid clients in achieving their strategic goals amidst constantly changing atmospheres.
Taylor Carr
CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Taylor is a Multiplatform Journalism and Political Science graduate of Duquesne University. She worked on Capitol Hill and dabbled in sports journalism before finding her spot with Amplify a few years ago. At Amplify, she works on a lot of behind-the-scenes projects from text campaigns to writing and editing.
Miranda Caswell
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Miranda comes to Amplify with a decade of experience in digital design ranging from advertising and social media promotion to brand development and event marketing within the non-profit, political, and small-business domains across the DMV. At Amplify, Miranda puts her degree in Mass Communications in Digital and Print Media to practice by collaborating with our clients to craft poignant messages to accurately express their vision and remain connected to their constituents. Outside of the office, Miranda refines both her creative skillset and entrepreneurial spirit as a freelance photographer and local pottery instructor.
Michella Carter
DIGITAL ASSISTANT
Michella graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Film and Digital Media. Her passion for politics led her to Washington where she worked as a Press Intern for Waco Representative, Pete Sessions and later New York Representative, Brandon Williams. She was quickly immersed into the fast-paced energy of the Hill where she drafted weekly newsletters, daily social media posts and graphics. After working for Waco’s local community college, it deepened her love for serving her community and sharing stories. Her background includes working in public relations, graphic design, photography, and social media management from various internships and jobs.
Carl Dalton
STAFF ASSISTANT
Carl is a Psychology and Political Science graduate from Ole Miss. His experiences on Capitol Hill have equipped him to better understand client needs, constituent response data, and public policy. Mississippi native, Carl has formally served on Representative Michael Guest’s team representing his home state in Congress. At Amplify, he understands the importance of constituent outreach and voter data. Through his former experiences, Carl plays a crucial role on the team to help review individual response data and compile it into easy-to-view reports in a timely and constructive fashion.
Carolyn Reid
STAFF ASSISTANT
Carolyn joins Amplify with a passion for politics and a dedication to client services. Raised in Atlanta, Carolyn graduated from Sewanee: University of the South where she played Varsity Tennis and participated in Student Government. She earned her degree with a major in politics and a minor in rhetoric. Recently, she completed a Spanish immersion program at the Middlebury Language School in Vermont. Her experiences range from working on the Hill for Kevin McCarthy and Mayra Flores, to a private advertising agency in New York City.
